1KH City Partner Coaching Application

Hello! Thanks for your interest in receiving coaching in how to see 1000 disciple-making households emerge in your city!

This application is for households who are in a season where they can commit to 12 months of learning content, putting what is learned into practice, engaging in weekly coaching calls, and living out the weekly, monthly, and annual rhythms of a 1KH City Partner.

Here is a complete list of expectations for all accepted participants:

12 month commitment of engaging with the content, attending coaching calls, and living into the rhythms of a CP.
Complete online course content and assignments on your own time.
Make every effort to participate in two coaching calls each month.
Complete all activations, prompts, and assignments completely and in order.

Once you have completed the application, someone from our team will reach out to you for a 30 minute phone call to touch base, answer any questions, and discuss next steps.
